2006 Joseph B. Whitehead Award
Because of my dear student Dany Noguera-Garces, I was nominated and became the Vermont recipient of the 2006 Coca-Cola Joseph B. Whitehead Educator of Distinction award. Dany wrote an essay about me and because of her, I received the award. I also received a congratulations letter from Governor Jim Douglas! Dany will be attending Middlebury next year and I think I owe her lunch! THANKS DANY!!
